Variedad Tempranillo 100%. Elaborado a partir de una minuciosa selección de racimos procedentes de nuestras viñas más viejas. Se controla al máximo la fermentación pasando después a las barricas de roble francés donde realizará ahora la fermentación maloláctica. Una vez realizado todo este proceso permanecerá en estas barricas aproximadamente 20 meses donde irá envejeciendo, y por último la botella, donde alcanzara su redondez. Nariz compleja, donde es fácil distinguir aromas compotados de frutos rojos, sobre un elegante fondo de madera noble. Sabroso, tánico, termina en un potente y expresivo final fructuoso.

Variety 100% Tempranillo. Produced from a careful selection of bunches from our oldest vines. Fermentation is strictly controlled and the wine is then transferred to French oak barriques where malolactic fermentation then takes place. Once the whole process is complete the wine remains in the barriques for about 20 months where it start to age and lastly it is bottled where it will acquire its round flavour. Complex nose where it is easy to distinguish aromas of red fruits over an elegant hint of fine wood. Tasty, tannic, with a powerful, expressive, fruity finish.
